Rates

$195 per 45 minute session.

I have a limited number of reduced-fee slots.  Currently, they are full.

Insurance

AZ & TX:

I am an in-network provider for Lyra, Aetna and UnitedHealthcare insurance plans. If I do not accept your insurance, I can provide a monthly form upon request that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

CA:

Please note that I do not accept insurance for services provided in California. Clients in California are welcome to pay privately and may request a superbill for potential reimbursement from their insurance provider.

Individuals who pay for therapy out of pocket will be provided a Good Faith Estimate for fees associated with therapy.

Payment

I accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
